Festival Group plans are built for crews: use private group chat to coordinate plans, keep everyone hydrated with one-tap water notifications, share live location to regroup fast, and maintain one collaborative set schedule with group timeline exploration for the whole crew.

  1. Festival chat. Messages are available to signed-in users in /chat. You can also hide specific people in your own view.
  2. Private groups. Create or join a paid group on /group. Your group's setlist/menu are shared across members, and group chat is only visible to that group's members.
  3. Attention for your group. Turn on Group chat notifications to receive push notifications when someone messages you. Festival chat stays quiet (badge-only).
  4. Quick regroup tools. In your private group chat, send one-tap water reminders and location shares so everyone can find each other at the venue without leaving the thread.

Food Runners (coming soon)

Early access waitlist

Skip the line while the music keeps going. Food Runners lets you request delivery from festival vendors, get matched with a nearby runner, and meet up fast without losing your spot.

  • Request your item and lock in a flat delivery fee.
  • Runners accept in a marketplace and provide live pickup/delivery status.
  • Meet-up guidance helps both sides connect quickly in crowded areas.

Set-time nudges (browser notifications)

On the Artists page, after you save a watchlist, you can enable 10-minute alerts for timed watchlist sets. Notifications work best when the site is installed like an app and permissions are allowed.

  1. Sign in. Open Account in the header, choose Sign in, and complete email magic link. That syncs your watchlist (and food menu) to your account across phones and desktops.
  2. Add to Home Screen. iPhone (Safari):tap the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen", open CoachellaPlus from the new icon.Android (Chrome):open the browser menu and tap "Install app" or "Add to Home screen", then launch from the home screen icon.
  3. Enable alerts. In Artists, scroll to My watchlist, turn on the reminders checkbox, and choose Allow when the browser asks for notification permission. If you previously blocked prompts, open site settings for CoachellaPlus and enable notifications.

For the most reliable alarms, also export the watchlist .ics file—timed events include a 10-minute calendar alert in Apple or Google Calendar.
